Margaret Schlossberg

Dr. Margaret Schlossberg came to Baltimore 23 years ago for her post-doctoral clinical training at Johns Hopkins in The Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Her research area related to Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (CBT) of Mood and Anxiety disorders in children and families.

In addition to her clinical practice, Margaret serves as a  Clinical Consultant for The St Paul’s Schools, specifically advising faculty in Student Support Services.  She has been involved in the Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) within primary and secondary school curriculums, and offers talks on building resiliency and social-emotional strengths in children and adolescents in schools.

She completed her Doctorate at The University of Connecticut, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, and attended Bowdoin College for undergraduate studies.

She lives in Baltimore with her husband, Simeon, and their 4 children, and has been in private practice in the Greenspring area since 2005.
